How difficult is it to switch from my current providers?
Painless! We'll make it easy to import your data from your existing services. Our migrations team will populate your Mise account with data from your current providers in no time.
What if I don't need every feature?
Our product offerings will be tiered, allowing you to pick the tier with features that work best for your business.
What if I have multiple locations/businesses?
No problem! Mise is built with multiple locations in mind and an account supports the ability to toggle between locations, seamlessly, at no additional cost.
Is hardware included?
The only hardware Mise provides is one credit card terminal for you to process credit card transactions. Additional terminals, KDS hardware, and receipt printers are not included but can be purchased or rented through the Mise store.
How do I train my staff?
Every Mise account comes with a test environment which can be toggled at any time to train existing —or new— staff without affecting live menus, products, customers, or payments.
How can I make suggestions?
We want to build the most comprehensive restaurant platform ever and to do that, we encourage our customers to send us feedback and suggestions on how Mise could improve. Every Mise product has the ability to quickly submit feedback and as a small enterprise, we can move quickly in adopting and implementing new features everyday.
How can I generate reports?
Every Mise account has access to The Mise Financial Dashboard providing owners and managers the ability to run sales reports and to get information for accounting needs.
I've never heard of Mise.

How do logins work? Can other members of my team access my Mise account?
Admins can create and manage unlimited users and using the privileges and permissioning features, can oversee fine-grained access per user.
